I believe i have pmle and read that antihistamines can help. i take 10mg of cetirizine every morning. can i take a 180mg allegra in the afternoon?

What's the point?: Both Cetirizine and Allegra (fexofenadine) are antihistamines. While drugs.com identifies no interactions between the two medications, they both have the same mechanism of action. Beside, photosensitivity may signal diseases other than PMLE like porphyrias that warrant you get checked before self overmedicating for a possibly wrong condition.
