Ovarian cyst: The majority of these, if you are premenopausal, are benign "functional" cysts resulting from an enlarged ovarian follicle. They typically resolve on their own in 1-2 cycles, so usually these are followed up with US in 6 weeks or so to see if they resolved. They may or may not cause pain, but it would typically be pelvic pain.
