Do liver cleanses help at all? i know that the green balls are not actually gallstones but wondering if a cleanse would help at all?

A "liver cleanse": will only cleanse your wallet and reduce you to picking through your feces looking for little green balls. It is a wonderful scam, except that the little green balls that are supposedly "proof" of success do not come from the liver(ridiculous pseudoscience), but are actually a product of the cleanse itself, due to saponification of the ingested oil by the GI system.
