Cold, rest: Muscle strains heal naturally. If you have full range of motion and something's not obviously disconnected, these seldom require special attention. You may want to put cold on it, and if it's quite painful, an NSAID such as ibuprofen may be in order. Consider elevating the muscle. Don't do resistance training involving the muscle until it's stopped hurting. There's no magic to speed the healing
