Viral syndrome : I can only be really sure if you have a strep infection after a throat culture is resulted, but your set of symptoms is far more consistent with a viral infection than a strep infection.

Probably a cold: It sounds more like a common cold, especially because of the nasal congestion. The only way to know for sure is with a strepmtestbor throat culture.
