Part of it: It is likely the normal process of your body expelling the products and this can cause these symptoms but if you are not coping and in lots of pain then that is a concern. Also if the pain is severe, smelly discharge, fevers then that too is very concerning and you should see a doctor immediately.

Go to ED immediately: You may have remnants in your uterus and cervix despite the miscarriage. You need to go to your nearest ED as soon as possible so they can carry out an Ultrasound scan and remove any retained material otherwise there is a high risk of infection and your body going into a septic shock. If you are finding it difficult to move around and have no one to drive you, call an ambulance
