A doctor has provided 1 answer

deficiencies: Heavy bleeding can be caused by iron deficiency and the heavy bleeding aggravates iron deficiency. Take iron for 3 months. Severe cramping found with low vit d. Take sufficient vit d to bring t to 98.2. Don't take with calcium. Take vit k2 100 mcg. Look for stress in life and correct. Try healthy food, sleep, no alcohol no smoke, movement , exercise, and happiness. Worry is always aggravating.
