Can i use permethrin on my face. it's itching horribly.

Permethrin: Permethrin is used for scabies infestation. Itching on face without itching on rest of body not likely due to scabies. Oral antihistamine such as benadryl or cetirizine could help to relieve itching. If itching continues, followup with a doctor.
