Day 3 of trimethoprim very minor itchy skin, no rashes, it's not that bothersome but just wanted to check if it's safe to continue despite this? i'm on a 7 day course for a probable uti. happened to a worse extent with cephalexin?

Ok to continue at this time. An antihistamine can be used for the itch. However, if you do get a skin rash then time to stop the antibiotic.
