Yes, the odor: you are experiencing is probably caused by a yeast infection with Candida albicans. When something happens to change the balance of organisms (bacteria, yeast, etc) in the body, yeast can grow too much. Taking antibiotics can sometimes cause this type of imbalance. I would give my treating doctor a call. They may suggest you simply obtain OTC anti-fungal from your drug store or prescribe something

Most often: when a vaginal disruption is caused by antibiotics it is due to a yeast infection. That usually has no odor (or a very mild one at most).
