I got hit in my ear during martial arts and i could hear a noise for some hours. the strange tone stopped but i feel like the ear is blocked.

Head trauma: Itis posible you could have injured (rupture) the tympanic membrane. Another possibility if swelling of adjacent soft tissue or temporomandibular joint causing a change of the hearing perception. Less likely, a concussion could also present with transient sensory deficits. Check with your physician to determine when is safe to return to practice contact sports again. ear pain: See an ENT dr asap there most likely has been some damage it could threaten your hearing dont fool with this.
