Possible heat rash: Several possibilities include heat rash, allergic dermatitis (e.g. to change in laundry detergent), and untreated 'jock itch' which is fungal. You should first try drying agents, e.g. goldbond; if that does not take care of the problem see your PCP who might refer you to a dermatologist.
