Scrotal itch: This is a form of 'jock itch' from a candida or fungus from the female vagina. It is a normal growth in the female vagina (moist , dark, and warm environment' it is transferred during sex and is not a significant problem. Try some desinex athlete's foot powder on the scrotum to dry and clear the scrotum.
