Brameston effect: Brameston takes a while to regulate ovulation. You can have a variety of 'atypical for you' symptoms before it gets you fully regulated. If these symptoms persist, you need to follow up with you ObGyn. In the meantime, make sure you get enough iron to prevent anemia.
