A member asked:

Is it possible to feel low energy if you haven't eaten in awhile even if blood sugar level is around 100? or is 100 enough to power you thru a wrkout?

Blood sugar: Hi Your low energy doesn't have anything to do with your blood sugar in this situation, the low energy is because you haven't eaten anything. Keep in mind, your blood sugar only represents the sugar balance in your blood at any given time, not your total energy stores. Your body is constantly generating and burning glucose. 100 just tells us the balance. Hope this helps.
