I've been having multiple boils near my groin area i've looked up hs and staph and it looks like it could be that . i don't think it's an std but what?

Some of these self heal, aided by warm compresses & self drainage.Others require medication or surgical drainage. When you have several, you are likely carrying staph in your nasal passages & contaminating your fingers,which then spread it.
