Multiple, change it: Deficiency of vitamin D, B vitamins can cause fatigue. Other deficiencies such as iron deficiency (anemia), chronic illnesses can cause it. Diet is the key to beating illness and fatigue. Eliminate sugars and high carb foods (grains, lentils based foods) to reduce inflammation. Consuming plenty of healthy fat such as olive oil, saturated fats (butter, coconut oil), flesh foods, vegetables.
