Compression neuritis: may be from sleeping or rolling over on your arm. I assume that you have already had nerve conduction studies and blood testing for blood sugar and electrolyte imbalance?

Worsening: The ulnar nerve is typically compressed either at the wrist or elbow. If you had a nerve conduction two years ago that showed you had ulnar nerve compression in your arm, you did not have surgery for it, and now you are experiencing burning and numbness; it is most likely that the condition has gradually worsened. Consider seeing a specialist to discuss treatment options.
