Not HPV: Biopsy is the "gold standard" for diagnosis of warts or HPV infection. So for sure that's not it. But there are several other causes of skin growths, on the penis or anywhere else. The doctor who did the biopsy is in a far better position to tell you what you the diagnosis than a distant forum doctor who can't examine you.
