Is there a test for acth antibodies in an, depression and other stress disorders?

Not to my knowledge: There's a pop / speculative literature about "hypothalamic - pituitary - adrenal axis disease" in people with anxiety, depression and vulnerability to life's stresses. The vicissitudes of life are known to alter the hormones in this system, but most folks here probably think the focus should remain on learning new life skills, ways to manage your inner life & getting help with situations.
