Depends on you: Most pink marks left by squeezing pimples will go away without scarring. But people vary greatly in their healing types. Those with a lot of pigment in their skin tend to put pigment in scars as well, and that stays forever. Deep pustular acne will scar without any squeezing because of its depth in the skin.
