Less than 2 mm: The small size has a much lower risk of rupture. They usually grow about 0.2 mm/year . Since this is a growing more rapidly you need to be evaluated again and you may need surgery sometimes endovascular repair can be done depending on the size. If you wish you can get a second opinion from another vascular surgeon. Usually if it's less than 2 cm the growth id slow and the risk of rupture is lower
