Ovulation pred kits: You could use over-the-counter ovulation predictor kits (OPKs) which are sold near the pregnancy test kits. They test for luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine. Start on cycle day 11 and perform daily until you see a positive surge. There's no need to "regulate" the length--yours are regular enough. It's okay to have some variability. It sounds like you just need help timing your intercourse.
