Amoxicillin: Amoxicillin does not treat all STD's. However you have not told us that you were diagnosed with an STD? We don't know the cause of your lymph node swelling. More is not always better.

Whoa..: Apples and kumquats here, unless oral sex was involved. Cervical (neck) lymph node swelling is pretty common, and UNcommonly caused by very serious diseases. A swollen cervical node isn't seen often with STDs, unless oral sex is involved. Amoxicillin is a poor choice for STD treatment.
