Flu like syndrome?: It is likely a viral upper respiratory infection with those constellation of symptoms. Would need more information to give you a better answer. Symptomatic treatment consists of rest fluids, vitamin c, decongestants, and paracetamol and ibuprofen. See your Dr. if you are concerned.
