Atenolol : Why are u on atenolol at 27? Need more HX to comment. . The slow HR is from this medicine. If u exercise a lot, that keeps ur HR low often.if u have any symptoms like dizziness, sweating,weakness or lightheaded from the low HR , then u need to discuss with ur doctor , if not it's concerning only if ur HR goes below 50 too often, then u may need to change atenolol to some other med
