Gas pain: It could be gas pain. In general we worry more about pain under right rib case as pregnant women get gallbladder issues sometimes. Try some gas x or simethicone if not associated with heartburn. If you have heartburn try some maalox or zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid and see if you get relief. As always consider calling your provider and alerting him/her.
