Either as long as...: You may take it any time convenient for you with/without foods. Of course, being at similar time of the day is advised.

Shouldn't matter. : The key is to take it at about the same time each day and take the whole prescription to completion.

Doesn't matter.: It can be anytime of the day, as long as you are consistent, and as long as it is taken on an empty stomach. Be sure to finish all of the medicine. Good luck.
