Lately i see redish veins in my both eyes.(more than normal) . is this indicative of something? there are no other symptoms.

Get examined: If by lately you meant that it has been present for a few days, just see if it will go away in another week or so. Otherwise many conditions such as viral infection, allergies (usually accompanied by itching), or dry eyes can cause it. Best to get examined if this has been present for more than 2 weeks .
