See a GI doctor: Go and see someone reasonable soon. Either you have an inflammatory bowel disease like crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, or a chronic infectious colitis, or other rare condition. This should be taken care of rapidly but is not a true emergency if you have already gone 4-6 weeks. But do get this checked out. Hope you are better soon. Good luck.
