Butt bump bad: You should have it evaluated. It painful, red, hot or swollen could be abscess, pilonidal cyst, or other things. If around anus it may be hemorrhoid. See a family doctor, your internist, neighborhood general surgeon or visit ER or urgent care. It may need treatment such as lancing. Jayne nothing to worry over too. Let someone check it asap
