Thin: After your doctor clears you for exercise you can get a personal trainer and create a work out routine to help define and strengthen you muscles. Higher protein food plan may be helpful if doc is ok w/that also. Above all, like yourself the way you are. Stay neat and clean and treat others the way you would like to be treated. This is more attractive than weight. Peace and good health.
