Abnormal wall motion: To a degree, it depends on which imaging modality this is noted- echo, nuclear, CT, MRI, catheterization. Inferior wall hypokinesia means the "bottom" wall of the heart does not contract in its normal fashion. This can be from ischemia (reduced blood flow), or from a prior infarction (heart attack). In nuclear imaging, another consideration could be an imaging artifact. Get a cardiologist opinion.

It means: that a portion of the muscular wall of the heart is not contracting well. "Hypokinesia" means less wall motion than normal, "akinesia" would mean no motion at all. If the heart doesn't contract normally, its ability to pump blood may be impaired to varying degrees. Do you have a history of prior MI or other cardiac problem? Talk to your doc about the results and potential next steps.
