I had mediastinoscopy and bronchoscopy last friday. i took bandage off today and have a good sized lump where incision is.also no voice. what's wrong ?

Mgt: With intubation there may be inflammation of the vocal cords. Please let your Pulmonary specialist know. The chest wall swelling may also be inflammation, but infection should be excluded.
