Unrelated: There is no reason a tubal ligation would have anything to do with return of acne.While many look at this as a teen issue, some have acne off & on well into their 30's and beyond. The issue is a chance association not a cause. Reversing the procedure would not trigger a cure that would not happen in time by chance alone.
