Yes: Where they exposed to the sun? Were you wearing sunblock? Sun poisoning can look like this and can occur in areas of the skin that are not normally exposed. Could also be a heat rash if you have a tight or non-breathable garment on. Soap and water and eventually it will go away. May want to try some aloe vera or vitamin E cream. and ibuprofen for pain.
