Circulation problem?: Thanks for your reply earlier. As you said this may indicate a circulation problem such as chilblains as lupus pernio or rynauds among others. Hard to comment without being able to examine further. Suggest see a doctor licensed in your area for examination and diagnosis as you may need some blood tests etc to sort. All the best

Redness: is due to filled Capillaries (smallest blood vessels) when you raise your arms they empty....THIS IS NOT A DISORDER thus it should NOT be a problem needing "treatment"! Hope this helps Dr Z
