A member asked:

Feel offbalance unsteady when i move my arms. mri, ekg, echo, etc normal. neuro thinks its anxiety but i feel when not anxious. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Subclavian steal?: It's just a thought, but there's a condition called subclavian steal syndrome wherein, essentially, when more blood is going to your arms (as in when your moving them), less blood is going to the brain (so you'd feel lightheaded). This may be worth consideration if nothing else has been found thus far.
