This should: be evaluated as soon as practicable,,I would not be concerned about Pregnancy..rather I am a bit conserned about your APPENDIX...a visit to a local ER or Urgent Care center is medically reasonable.. Hope this is helpful Please give me "follow up!" Dr Z
