Primary doctor: This may be an infection such a urinary tract infection. You should be able to see a primary care provider. If you develop fevers or vomiting i would go to an emergency dspartment.

Yes: You should see the doctor. Multiple causes, from arthritis to spinal stenosis. Or urinary tract infection. Do not delay.
