Im having a chest/neck pain. usually it starts in the chest and then in the shoulder and neck, its thought to be neuralgia,no pain killers help?

If pain is: from a nerve (neuralgia) it could be the one in your lower neck which is being PINCHED between your 6th and 7th CERVICAL vertebrae...GENTLE CERVICAL TRACTION may be helpful Just a thought Hope it is helpful DR Z
