Reactive salivation: Zyprexa can reduce salivation and cause dryness. If you stop this agent after taking it regularly you can have excess salivation. This is reactive to the inhibition of salivation. Lesson: don't stop your meds abruptly. If you're on zyprexa keep taking it and do not stop, unless your doctor tapers you off.
