A generally healthy: The answer is not that different from one for an older adult. Too much carb and sugar is not good. The diet should include handful of nuts, and a lot of veggie fruit (6-8 helpings a day), moderate intake of fish and meat including some lean red meat for the iron and B12. Milk may be included for calcium and protein. No gluten-free unless indicated. Don't follow diet fads, moderation is key
