Many possibilities: Your yellow color is worrisome for heptatitis; with nausea and vomiting, this should indicate the need for eval by a GI MD; The dullness accompanied by reckless behavior suggests a bipolar process. you need to see your PCP for a full eval and referral to either Psychiatry or GI or both.
