See your doctor : If you are having post menopausal bleeding it is important you see your PCP or Ginecologist to perform a pelvic exam, you may need an ultrasound, and other tests. The bleed may be from hormone imbalance to even a cancer hence why you need to have a full medical evaluation. Hope this helps!

...No, it is not ...: Female 22yrs post menopausal says ".. am spotting. Bright red blood. No trauma to area. Is this normal?" If no trauma includes no aggressive coitus and if one is not on any Hormone Replacement Therapy or taking some herbal preparations, then the answer is; No, It is not normal to have vaginal spotting 22yrs post menopause. This is a time to see one's PCP or Gynecologist.
