Unclear : What condition you are referring to but assume it might be an abscess. If so, drainage is the best treatment and can be accomplished with warm compresses if a small with incision and drainage with or without packing in the case of a large or Loculated abscess. Abscesses can increase in size and complexity very quickly so proceed with caution .
