I have a split in my left nostril and it's not repairing, it did repair once but then easily split again, it's almost like i need a stitch in it ?

Needs examination: It is very difficult to comment without examining the nostril. Please see your GP and if the wound needs repair, your GP can decide whether to glue it or apply stitches.

Cut?: If it was a laceration and came ope after a repair how was it done? If it was glued it may need a stitch. If it was from dry cracked skin that is a different issue.
