Had braces on for 18months my gaps are well gone , i shifted to clear path aligner they gave me 20 sets which i have to change after 15 days . i don't think i need all of the 20 sets can i change my aligners after 10 days instead of 15 ?

Don't self diagnose: The treating Dentist or specialist Orthodontist sees many details that you do not. Follow all instructions to the letter for optimum results. If you do not the teeth will not track properly, and you will have a compromised result and less post-treatment stability. Discuss your concerns with your practitioner.

Ortho: You will get the best results if you follow the treatment that has been set up for you by your dental professional. Don't compromise you beautiful smile by trying to rush treatment. Talk to your treating dentist, this is not a so it yourself project.
