A member asked:

I recently had an abdominal/pelvic ct, i live at high altitude (colorado), should i be concerned about my radiation exposure?should i move to sea lvl?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, but...: please consider the cost/benefit in undergoing various radiographs as ordered. Also, many factors (including airplane travel frequency) may affect your radiation exposure than just your locale. Finally, consider your overall quality of life currently before selling your home and pulling up stakes just to move to a lower altitude.
