In fact: Glutathione IV is GIVEN in patients with kidney failure to supposedly help "tired blood" (anemia) There are no scientifically based medical studies showing the effectiveness of supplementing this chemical which is produced in large quantities in normal LIVER. MY OPINION ONLY Hope it helps Dr Z
